Article 1: Shipping

Which countries are being shipped to?

We ship to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany, the United Kingdom,  Austria, Poland, Ireland, Denmark, Italy, Sweden, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Latvia, Estonia, Spain, Greece, Finland, Portugal, Canada and the United States of America. How is my order shipped?

Orders are sent via letter post (Bpost or parcel post (Bpost, DPD) depending on the weight and size. Orders are delivered as standard via home delivery. If available in the Customer’s country, collection at a DPD collection point is possible. The Customer can choose this himself when placing the order.

How long does it take to ship my package?

Shipments take place from Monday to Saturday. No orders are sent on Sundays and public holidays.

The delivery times depend on the country to which the goods are sent. The delivery time within Belgium is between 1-3 business days. Outside of Belgium the delivery time is between 3-7 working days.

Because we work with handmade products, we cannot always ensure that your package will be sent the day after you order. Depending on the current stock of an item and the number of incoming orders, it can take 1-5 working days before your order is shipped.

You will be informed of the status of your order via email. You will receive an order confirmation when placing the order, and a shipping confirmation when the order is shipped.

How much does it cost to ship my order?

The shipping costs depend on the country to which the shipment is made.

We offer free shipping on orders from:

  • €50 within Belgium
  • €70 outside Belgium (the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany and the United Kingdom)

What if something went wrong during the shipment of my package?

If your order is damaged or lost during shipment, please contact us at [email protected]. We will process your request and send a new package or arrange a refund. 

 

Article 2: Returns

How do I start the return process?

Inform Zopixel (Dorpsstraat 8/3, 3830 Wellen, Limburg, Belgium, +32(0)493 29 02 08, [email protected]) of your decision to return your order. This can be done by email at the [email protected] e-mail address. You can also easily request the return on Zopixel.com.

Follow the following steps:

  1. Log in to Zopixel and click on My Account
  2. Click on My Orders and choose the order that you want to return
  3. Click Return items
  4. Indicate which items you want to return
  5. Specify the reason for return and the desired action (exchange, refund, …)
  6. Enter a description with further explanation of the reason for return (eg. you want to exchange an item of clothing. Enter the desired size or color.)
  7. Click on Send. Zopixel will process your return request and inform you when it has been accepted

What is the period for returning or exchanging items?

You must request your return within 14 calendar days of the arrival of your shipment. After the return request you will receive 14 calendar days to return you items.

How should the order be returned?

Pack your items in a sturdy box in their original condition and packaging, together with the packing slip. Send the articles back to:

Take your package to your local post office and provide Zopixel's address details. They will accept the package and put a label on the box.

What needs to be returned?

  • The packing slip, so that we can verify who and which order the items are from
  • The items unused in their original condition and packaging

Any extras that Zopixel had added to your package do not need to be returned (eg. thank you cards, discount coupons, freebies).

Who pays the shipping costs?

Because Zopixel is a small company, we cannot pay for the shipping costs for returns. These must be paid for by the Customer. In the case of an exchange, the shipping costs of the return shipment to Zopixel are for the account of the Customer. We send the new article to the Customer for free after approval of the return.

Which items cannot be returned or exchanged?

  • Specially made and personalized orders
  • Intimate items/underwear
  • Digital downloads
